Who processes your data

What data and why
When you send us your work email through the form on this website, we use it only to reply and arrange a consultation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
This website uses no analytics or advertising tools and does not track you. Fonts and images are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from third parties.
How long
We keep the email from the form for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact. If we become your provider, further processing is governed by our contract.
Who has access
Only our team sees the data. It is stored technically by our hosting and email provider, who may process it only on our instructions. We do not transfer data outside the EU and we never sell it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@securitylab.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
